    The name that will show on your credit card statement will be Wilson's Products. We will keep all transactions discreet and secure.

    All personal information will be kept discreet and secure. We will maintain all personal information for purposes of processing your order only. The only information that will be shared is your mailing information to the shipper you have choosen at the time of purchase. No information will be shared or sold to third parties.

  3. I haven't received my order, what do I do?
    If you have not received your ordered in the time frame specified at the time of your order, please email us and we will track your package for you. We will contact you via email to keep you updated on our progress. (Orders are Porcesed 6:00 pm Central Time Sun. - Fri. Orders placed after 6 pm on Friday and before 6 pm on Sunday are proceesed on Sunday and usually ship on Mon or Tue.) We do not change the status of your ordered to "Shipped" until we can provide you with a tracking #. This means your order may be on its way, we just don't have the tracking info yet.

  4. Am I able to cancel or change my order once it has been placed and payment information has been taken?
    In order to provide the fastest service possible, we process orders daily once payment verification has been provided. (Orders are Processed 6:00 pm Central Time Sun. - Fri. Orders placed after 6 pm on Friday and before 6 pm on Sunday are processed on Sunday and usually ship on Mon or Tue.) Because of this, we are unable to cancel any orders once payment has been provided. Our suppliers do not accept cancellations once orders have been processed with them. You may choose to refuse delivery or return to sender before opening the package, but once opened the customer is responsible for return shipping. Additionally, any opened package is subject to ALL return policies. Please make sure you confirm your order prior to confirming payment for your order. (We do not change the status of your ordered to "Shipped" until we can provide you with a tracking #. This means your order may be on its way, we just don't have the tracking info yet.)

  5. What payment types are accepted?
    We process all orders through Paypal. We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover and we take payments from Paypal accounts. You do not need to create a Paypal account to process your payment to us. After you go through the checkout proceedure, and click the "Comfirm Order" button, you are taken to the payment information page. If you have a Paypal account and would like to use it, sign-in at the right of this screen. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can either create one for free or if you don't want to sign-up for a Paypal account and would like to pay with a Credit Card, on left of the screen click where it says continue without Palpal account.

  6. How is my order confirmed?
    You will be sent an invoice by email confirming your order. Current status of you order can be viewed by logging into your account. You can track your order on our "Order Tracking" page.

  7. Will my email information be used for purposes other than order processing?
    Your email will only be used in the event that an item is no longer offered, backordered, order confirmation, shipping information or issues with your order. No information will be sold, shared or given to a third party. (If you sign-up for our Newsletter, it will be delivered to your email address. We do not mail ANYTHING to your home other than what you order.)

  9. Will you refund shipping costs for defective, broken or incorrect items?
    We will refund your return shipping for any defective, broken or incorrect items that you receive. We will also pay for reshipping of your corrected items. If items are used or not in the original packaging, items will not qualify for shipping cost refunds.

  10. What happens if my product is not in stock or unavailable?
    Our products are updated daily. In the unlikely event that the item is out of stock, our policy is to send you a similar item of equal or greater value at no extra charge to you. If you do not want your item to be substituted for a similar item, please state so in the the "add comments" section of your checkout process at the bottom of shipping method page. (If you leave this section blank, we will assume substitutions are O.K.)

  13. Shipping to an address other than your billing address?
    You must provide us with your mailing address for your credit card information, you will be able to change your shipping address to any shipping address that you specify.

  14. How Do I unsubscribe to the Newsletter?
    There are two ways to unsubscribe to our newsletter. First, you can click on "My Account" at the top of the page. Then, click where it says "Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters" in the E-Mail Notification section, then check or uncheck the box as needed. The second way you can do this is to send us an email on our contact us page and we will take care of it for you.

  15. What kind of package will I recieve my order in?
    Your order will arrive in a plan brown box. The only label on the box is the shipping label. On the shipping label it says "Shipping Department". There will be nothing on the outside of the box to give away whats inside the box.

    First, you must be a member. Dont worry accounts are free. Once you have an account, log-in and start reviewing. (YOU MUST LOG-IN BEFORE YOU POST YOUR REVIEW.
